Returns
If in any case you receive a package which is damaged during transit then please do not accept it. You can return the same and contact us asking for another piece. Please follow the same in case you've received an incorrect product and we would appreciate it if you wouldn't open the packaging. We will try our level best to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
In case the product is received dead on arrival, (ie. If you've received a sealed package that contains a headphone which isn't in proper working condition, For eg: either one or both sides of the headphone/speaker aren't working or the wire is torn.) We will provide a replacement, no questions asked. Please get in touch with us at weikianchin@gmail.com or +6017-684 1712 ASAP.
However, returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
• Since satisfaction with the inherent sound quality of a headphone/speaker is subjective, and all our products come in sealed, new & packaged condition; we will be unable to accept returns if the product is not as per your liking or satisfaction or expectation or personal taste.
• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
• Any product that is returned without all the original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
• Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
So we suggest that you please maintain your bill & warranty (for date validity), and packaging too to fulfill criterias for a hassle free return.
Exchanges
If you didn’t get just the right item first time around, no problem! Simply purchase the gear you want now and send back the item you don’t want for a refund within 30 days of the original (first) purchase. No restocking fee on exchanges of equal or greater value.
Defective Equipment Exchanges:
In rare event you receive an item that is not working properly, it’s important to contact us immediately at weikianchin@gmail.com or calling +6017-684 1712. Hear Me will take care of any defective items within the first 30 days. Any item beyond 30 days will fall on the product manufacturer's warranty. We'll troubleshoot the problem with you and, provided the item is defective, we will immediately issue a UPS return label at no cost to you. As soon as we receive and test the defective item here at Hear Me, we will then ship the replacement item to you also at no cost.
